Los Angeles, CA (October 16, 2009) – Michael Stars announced today that it has opened its first Arizona retail location at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

“We are delighted to join the Arizona market and make our debut at Scottsdale Fashion Square,� said Michael Cohen, founder of Michael Stars. “We know Arizonans will fall in love with the unique look and comfort that is unmistakably Michael Stars.�

 The new store occupies 1189 square feet and features natural elements such as distressed floors, wood grain fixtures and wood stump tables. Clean architectural lines and white colored walls showcase the strong color palettes and style assortment the Michaels Stars collection embodies. 

 The new store features Michael Stars renowned collections, including basic tees and tanks as well as outerwear, dress and cashmere collections.  In addition, the store also carries the recently launched accessories division including belts, hats scarves and eyewear.

The Michael Stars store is located in the new Barneys New York expansion wing.
