E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: Responsible for working with the Ecommerce and Buying teams to gather, update and validate all website content and product updates. Supervise the overall inventory process and placement of product online.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily and weekly site checks to ensure that product offerings, inventory, damages, category updates, images, descriptions and pricing are current and accurate; Add new products and colors and remove discontinued or sold-out items
• Work with web producer to implement updated weekly placement and promotion of product across all marketing vehicles (homepage, featured item boxes, email blasts, press section) and weekly email campaigns based on product merchandising calendar
• Track product launch dates and communicate with Buying team on inventory status
• Coordinate web images according to marketing plans and inventory; ensure web images advertised are in stock
• Communicate items being promoted for the week from the buy
• Create, enter and maintain all PO’s in E-commerce system; Communicate with customer service and confirm changes
• Maintain log of PO’s, receipts, backorders etc.; work closely with Director of E-commerce and Warehouse Manager to track receipts; follow up with Customer Service and Production on backorders/late shipments
• Compare buys with order confirmations received from CS rep
• Work with Warehouse Manager on receiving items, removing damages from inventory, and end of season returns
• Update product descriptions and details based on information from Assistant Buyer
• Partner with Sample Coordinator to receive all new samples, and provide sample line for E-Commerce customer service team; assist buyers with organization and maintenance of all E-commerce samples
• Organize and gather all samples for E-Commerce photo shoot
• Assist in training customer service team on operational best practices i.e. FAQ’s, promotions, returns etc.
• Assist with website testing and enhancement projects on an ongoing basis
• Assist in research of ecommerce best practices and site functionality of competitors. Track and recommend actions for site improvement

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2-3 years E-Commerce experience
• Knowledge of E-Commerce websites

Required Skills:
• Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
• Ability to handle multi-faceted projects with strong follow through
• Able to work independently, as well as collaborate as a team player
• Commitment to quality, motivated self-starter and takes ownership of work

Print Production Coordinator

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for coordinating all printing for the PR and Marketing dept. as well as others.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with print vendors to negotiate pricing and strategize ways to stay within budget without compromising integrity
• Research cutting edge materials and new printing techniques
• Coordinate printing of marketing materials including in-house, pre-production, litho, digital printing and bindery
• Attend press checks and ensure press sheets are consistent with hard copy approvals
• Facilitate all dialog of edits and approvals with print vendors
• Advise all deliveries of printed materials to Print Production Warehouse Assistant and ensure completion
• Coordinate creative traffic to advertising publications and advise proof of deliveries
• Ensure that all printed materials are distributed to the appropriate departments
• Ensure that project log is comprehensive and in sequential order
• Maintain print schedule and calendar
• Request price quotes and fill out project approval forms
• Prep invoices for approval and maintain printing budget
• Coordinate archiving and filing of disk, press proofs, digital files and hard copies
• Analyze inventory of corporate identity and replenish as needed
• Oversee file archive on drive and maintain drive capacity log
• Perform uploads & downloads of files from FTP sites
• Assist in all marketing related projects as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of Experience in Print Production- preferably in the Apparel Industry
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Concentration in Business, or Communications.
• Ability to be self-motivated in addition motivates and mentors team
• Strong insightful analytical skills and good business judgment
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
