Any legal resident of the United States or Canada who is 18 years of age or older is eligible to participate in the Michael Stars Photo Submission Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). Employees, former employees, current or past officers, principals, directors or agents of Michael Stars, Inc. or Lerner et Cie, and members of their households or immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
PHOTO SUBMISSIONS: Entrants must submit a photo at www.michaelstars.com/community/ (the “Site”). In order for a photo submission (“Photo Submission”) to qualify it must be submitted during the Submission Period, as defined below, and must be of the entrant submitting the photo. Photos must be in JPG or GIF format.
Entrants will be required to submit their email address, full name, and mailing address. Email addresses collected will be entered into the Michaelstars.com email list. Photo Submissions must be uploaded directly to the Site. Photo Submissions entered by mail will not be accepted. All Photo Submissions will be posted on the Site. There is a limit of one Photo Submission per entrant during the Submission Period.
All Photo Submissions will become the property of Michael Stars by assignment.
3. Submissions Period:Submissions will be accepted starting October 21, 2009 and ending at midnight on October 28, 2009 (Pacific Standard Time) (the “Submission Period”). Any Submissions that are incomplete or late will be disqualified.
4. Prizes:
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner will be awarded the grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) for the winning Photo Submission. The winner will be selected at random by representatives of Michael Stars, Inc. The Grand Prize winner will be chosen on October 29, 2009 at Michael Stars, Inc.’s headquarters in Hawthorne, California. The Grand Prize winner will be notified via email.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a $250 gift certificate valid at www.michaelstars.com.
All Photo Submissions will receive a submission confirmation email containing a 10% off coupon valid only at www.michaelstars.com. Coupon is valid October 21, 2009 and ends at midnight on October 31, 2009 (Pacific Standard Time). 10% off coupon is not valid with any other offer and cannot be used on orders already shipped.
All prizes are “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes will be made or is permitted. The winning entrant shall be responsible for all tax liabilities, if any.
In the event that the Grand Prize Winner does not comply with the sweepstakes Rules, Michael Stars reserves the right to select and announce another winner, at its sole discretion and at a time and place of its choosing. All other Rules apply.
