HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to buy their gifts from Michael Stars with confidence, so we will be extending our normal return policy for the holidays. Purchases made from November 25, 2011 through December 25, 2011 can be returned or exchanged until January 23, 2012. As with our normal 30-day return policy, merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

1. Making a Return

Michael Stars will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with all tags attached up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Please send your return in the original packaging. For your convenience, a postage-paid return label has been provided.

Please note, purchases made on the website cannot be returned at our retail locations.

Simply affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure place where you normally place your outgoing mail or take it your local post office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service. We will deduct $6 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage paid return label.

If you wish to pay the return postage yourself, take the package to your local postal carrier and mail it to the following address:

This address can only be used to return items purchased at Michaelstars.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-STAR-TEE (782-7833).

When paying for return postage yourself, we recommend using a carrier such as UPS and purchase insurance and tracking services for your protection. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for further price adjustment.

2. Making an Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unwashed, unworn and tags attached. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form.

If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Michael Stars, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

3. Returning a Gift

Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a MichaelStars.com gift certificate via email. You will receive an e-mail notification with your gift certificate number and instructions provided that you included your e-mail address on the return/exchange form.

Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.



MICHAEL STARS RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICY

Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Gift receipts will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. A corporate check will be sent via USPS for refunds of cash purchases over $125. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Final sale on all intimates and sale items. Return of promotional items may be for exchange or store credit only.

Price adjustments may be made within 10 days of purchase with original receipt for store credit only. Sale items are not eligible.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or replaceable if lost or stolen.
