Shipping Process
All orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday thru Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Friday and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders will ship standard ground unless express delivery is specified.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking number within the email to view the status of your package. You may also call customer service at 877.STAR.TEE (782-7833) Monday thru Friday 8 AM - 5 PM to receive an update on its status.

Shipping Promotions
From time to time, Michael Stars will offer discounted or free shipping promotions. In order to qualify for the shipping promotion, your order must ship via Ground and meet the minimum qualifying dollar amount if applicable. The minimum qualifying amount of your order excludes tax, shipping charges. Valid on orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only.
