For merchandise returned within 30 days of online purchase, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, at the original selling price. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and returned in original packaging. Return labels are only available for orders shipped to the continental US, no additional postage is required. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at 50% off or higher, beauty products and socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Michael Stars merchandise purchased through other retailers, including department stores or at specialty boutiques, must be returned to where it was originally purchased and is subject to their respective return policies.
Return Authorizations submitted through our Returns Center are automatically processed after 2 weeks. Additional delays may occur, especially during the holiday season. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 3-5 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Exchanges can be started through our Returns Center in where you will be provided with a return label and packing slip, to send back the item(s) that did not work out. You will be given a breakdown of your exchange transaction prior to submitting it. Please remember to print and include the return Packing Slip inside your return package for documentation. You will receive updates via email about the shipping status of your exchange.
Items purchased during holiday promotions, will receive an extended return window of 45 days from the date of purchase.
