Michael Stars Shipping Center will be closed on Monday, July 3 through Tuesday, July 4. Shipping will resume on Wednesday, July 5 on orders received after 1pm on Friday, June 30.
Free Shipping valid on orders shipped in the continental United States via Ground Shipping. Packaging, taxes and previously purchased merchandise do not qualify towards the minimum purchase requirement. Michael Stars Inc., reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
All orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Friday and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders will ship UPS or USPS standard ground unless express delivery is specified.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking number within the email to view the status of your package. You may also call customer service at 877.STAR.TEE (877-782-7833) Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM to receive an update on its status.
From time to time, Michael Stars will offer discounted or free shipping promotions. In order to qualify for the shipping promotion, your order must ship via Ground and meet the minimum qualifying dollar amount if applicable. The minimum qualifying amount of your order excludes tax, shipping charges. Shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement on purchases placed prior to the promotional date. Shop throughout our website and add the items that you like into your shopping bag. When you’ve finished shopping, click the shopping bag link at the top right side of the page, enter your postal code and then select your applicable country in the country drop-down. Michaelstars.com will charge you for product and shipping charges during checkout and you will be responsible for paying taxes and duties to Customs at the time of delivery.

Due to the variation in sizing between countries, we are unable to provide accurate conversion information for your specific country. Due to the costs of shipping and returning items, we suggest you try your best to find your exact size before placing an order.
Before placing your order, please be advised that international returns are both expensive and time consuming. We will accept returns from customers for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Return items must be sent back unworn and with tags attached. You are responsible for paying postage and insurance on any return package mailed back to us.
To return/exchange an item purchased at Michaelstars.com, please fill out and enclose the return form attached to the back of the invoice that arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance as Michaelstars.com is not responsible for packages that do not reach our warehouse. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Michaelstars.com will refund you only for the merchandise returned. We cannot refund your tax, duty, and Customs fees that were paid at the time of delivery. To obtain a refund of these fees, please refer to the page with your country’s specific information for contacting your local Customs office.

Canadian Shipping Information
Michael Stars ships to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using the United States Post Office. However, Michael Stars uses UPS for all express shipments and cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to retrieve it.
Michael Stars uses both UPS and USPS depending on the weight of your package and your location throughout the county. All orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO addresses will ship via USPS. You can track the status of your order by using your tracking number at www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
After you click "submit order" an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on your account sign up, confirming the receipt of your order.
