Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 within the continental US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, via Economy Shipping. Packaging, taxes and previously purchased merchandise do not qualify towards minimum purchase requirement. Michael Stars Inc., reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday and typically ship the following business day. Orders placed on Thursday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

All orders ship via UPS. Economy orders are shipped using UPS Ground Saver, while expedited shipping methods are sent via UPS expedited services.

Please note that processing time and the ship date are not included in the quoted shipping time frame. Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number—simply click the number and it will show the most up-to-date tracking information from the carrier.
