Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the continental US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, via Economy Shipping. Packaging, taxes and previously purchased merchandise do not qualify towards minimum purchase requirement. Michael Stars Inc., reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
Orders are processed Monday through Thursday and typically ship within one business day. Orders placed on Thursday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
All orders ship via UPS. Economy orders are shipped using UPS Ground, while expedited shipping methods are sent via UPS expedited services.
Please note that processing time and the ship date are not included in the quoted shipping time frame. Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number—simply click the number and it will show the most up-to-date tracking information from the carrier.

You will be charged for product and shipping charges during checkout and be responsible for paying taxes and duties to Customs at the time of delivery. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please select United States as your country and select AA, AE, or AP as your State. All prices shown on michaelstars.com are in U.S. dollars or British pounds, using the currency converter in the upper right corner of site. Exchange rates change daily, and michalstars.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation.
We will accept returns from customers for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be sent back unworn and with tags attached. You are responsible for postage and insurance on any return package mailed back to us. Please note we cannot refund the tax, duty, and Customs fees that were paid at the time of delivery.
P.O Box and APO & FPO Addresses
Michael Stars ships to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Expedited shipping via UPS is not available to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
