"I bought a few of these in a size Large. Then I tried to get other colors from the same store and they were a whole size smaller even though tagged as large. So I ordered and xl online and it was gain way short. In trying to return the items, their program wasn’t working and I could not print the return label. It took me 5 times of contacting them through customer service with AI (no I’ve person to be found). They kept saying they kept semailing me back stating the would have a live person contact me. Never happened. I just tried the return again online and was able to print the label. It was frustrating beyond words. . ."
