Won't Buy from MichaelStars. com Again

"WARNING: Do not pay $35 for 1-2 day shipping. It will take up to 4-5 business days (which Michael Stars does not include in the shipping notes) to allow for packing and processing per Andy in Customer Service. I ordered this dress on a Wednesday night and received it the following Monday around 3pm. I reached out to Customer Service Friday at 9am to see if I could cancel the order as I was hoping to wear it Saturday evening. That's when Andy informed me that 1) it was too late to cancel the order (even though a shipping label had not yet been created) and 2) that the $35 for 1-2 days was only including the 1-2 days for shipping and that there's an additional 1-2 days required for processing and packing. What a waste of $35. I haven't tried on the dress though I've had a Wren before and liked it enough to order another one. I will NEVER order from Michael Stars again directly though given my experience with costly and misleading shipping practices as well as zero sympathy from Andy in Customer Service."
